Is your work guaranteed?

All our work is covered by a twelve month guarantee on workmanship

Do you carry out gas and electrical work if it is needed?

Yes, and all gas and electrical work will comply with current safety regulations and you will be issued with the relevant certificates

Are you insured if you accidentally cause damage to my property?

We are covered by a £2 million public liability insurance policy. (A copy of the certificate is available on request)

Do you give estimates or firm prices?

We do not give "Back of an envelope estimates" we will always give you a firm, written quotation listing exactly what works we will be carrying out so that you do not face any nasty surprises at the end of the job

Do we have to pay you before the job is completed?

We will not ask you for money up front, you will only pay us when the work is completed.

Will you tell me how long the job will take?

We will give you a calculated assessment of how long a job will take and as closely as possible, stick to it

Will there be a lot of mess?

Obviously, removing an old kitchen or bathroom will generate some mess, but we will work in a clean and tidy manner, and cause as little disruption to your daily life as possible.
