•  Is your work guaranteed?

• All our work is covered by a twelve month guarantee on workmanship

• Do you carry out gas and electrical work if it is needed?

• Yes, and all gas and electrical work will comply with current safety regulations and you will be issued with the relevant certificates

• Are you insured if you accidentally cause damage to my property?

• We are covered by a £2 million public liability insurance policy. (A copy of the certificate is available on request)

• Do you give estimates or firm prices?

• We do not give "Back of an envelope estimates" we will always give you a firm, written quotation listing exactly what works we will be carrying out so that you do not face any nasty surprises at the end of the job

• Do we have to pay you before the job is  completed?

• We will not ask you for money up front, you will only pay us when the work is completed.

• Will you tell me how long the job will take?

• We will give you a calculated assessment of how long a job will take and as closely as possible, stick to it

​

• Will there be a lot of mess?

• Obviously, removing an old kitchen or bathroom will generate some mess, but we will work in a clean and tidy manner, and cause as little disruption to your daily life as possible.
